Refund Policy

Returns 
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

15% Restocking Fee On All Returns: 

We do charge a 15% Restocking fee on all returns. This is an amount of money charged by ProjectnColor for accepting returned LED Plates and giving the customer their money back: Our return policy is that refunds are given within 30 days - but we charge a 15% Restocking Fee on all returns. 

Return Shipping Responsibility 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will have to provide us with a valid tracking number along with the courier. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. For Return Address, please email us.
